Saizar Outside Diameter Strapping Machine: This is an OD steel coil strapping machine and strapping dimensions are programmed into the digital panel of this tool. After the strapping process gets programmed, the circumferential strapping in different measurements according to the indications are received. To strap in a circumference, this strapping machine approaches the coils, performs the strapping and returns to the starting point.

This machine can apply 1 ¼” polyester or steel strapping in different machines ensuring an 80% work strength. The strapping head and strapping machine are movable to strap coils of various diameters. The tensor of the head tenses the strap against the coil to desired pressure and coil characteristics.

Saizar Bar and Pipe Strapping Machine: This pipe strapping machine can strap pipes bars, tubes, rectangular and round bundles. This machine can accommodate all dimensions and weight with programmable measurement options, and can easily stack in packaging lines.

Strapping Tubes or Round Objects : One option is a lateral displacement for a strapping machine for round tube bundles, second with fixed strapping or round bundles with the introduction of a cardboard protector under the strap. The third option is the strapping machine with lateral displacement for strapping square tube bundles.

Saizar Slit Coil/ ID/ Radial Strapping Machine: This Slit Coil Radial strapping machine applies straps by way of internal dimension or radial, strapping technique. Opposite the outside dimension, the strap is threaded through the eye of the coil and sealed on the outside of the bundle.

Scrap Strap Chopper: When chopping strap was considered optional and with the growth of the recycling industry, there is a great demand for higher grade pre-processed scrap and so chopping scrap has become a necessity. Loads of un-chopped scrap is a waste of dumpster space and recyclers too consider hauling as a waste of fuel and labor. Due to this chopping scrap from the point of generation became the best possible solution. So in order to adopt these changes, industries preferred a scrap strap chopper designed exclusively for this purpose.
